I have been practicing yoga since the time when I was a kid back in Italy. I have experienced many benefits physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga does help to have a healthier body, and to be more focused. Our lives are often in a rush, and yoga is our chance to have a break during the week: a chance to have 1 hour for ourselves, here and now.
